A plan that follows the curve

Inside, the façade decides the plan. Living rooms bend with the glass, so the view arrives in a sweep rather than a frame, and the water is never quite the same from one window to the next.

1508 London brought the warmth of the house indoors: a mahogany column where the curve turns, cream upholstery, armchairs in the signature blue of Cipriani. Ceilings rise ten feet, and select residences are reached by direct elevator entry.

Kitchen · Bath

Italian cabinetry, stone and light

The kitchen is open to the room and to the bay: Italian cabinetry in a high-gloss finish, an island to gather around, appliances by Wolf and Sub-Zero.

It is a kitchen for people who also have a Cipriani kitchen downstairs. Breakfast can be made here or sent up, and a dinner can be catered by the house and served at your own table.

Primary baths pair a vanity in marble with mahogany millwork, and a bathtub with the robes folded beside it.

Deep terraces

The terrace is a room

The residences open to terraces: deep, curved and closed only by a balustrade of glass.

From the higher floors the view runs from the towers of Brickell across Biscayne Bay to Key Biscayne, and south over the green canopy of Coconut Grove. A chair turned toward the water is furniture enough.

The living room opens to the terrace, and the room simply continues outdoors.

The Canaletto Collection

A great room of The Canaletto Collection wrapped by one continuous curved wall of glass, a mahogany column at its center
Artist’s conceptual rendering

Canaletto painted Venice as a sequence of views. The collection that carries his name begins on the 62nd floor: 74 residences, six of them penthouses, where the view no longer has a single direction.

At this height the curve of the façade is at its most articulated and the terraces at their most generous. Great rooms are drawn around one sweep of glass, and furniture collections by 1508 London are made for them.

Select penthouses keep a private pool at the edge of the terrace. Every Canaletto residence has a global concierge of its own — a standing welcome wherever the family keeps a dining room — and the first seat at the bar on the 37th floor.
