The Art of Hospitality
Four generations of Italian hospitality, at home.
Two pools and a Bellini on the sun terrace, a private Cipriani restaurant downstairs, and a kitchen that answers at any hour.
Signature Service
Familiar faces at the door
Hospitality here begins before the elevator. The car is taken at the porte-cochère, the door is held, and the welcome comes from someone who knows the house and the people in it.
A Director of Residences leads the house and the Cipriani Residential Concierge runs its days: reservations, deliveries, the small arrangements of a week. Valet and security keep watch around the clock, and a house car covers the neighborhood within three miles.
The rest comes to you. Personal training and spa treatments are given in the residence on request; dogs are groomed and walked; a private beauty salon can be reserved for the morning of an occasion.
Cipriani dining · Every day
Lunch that lingers into the afternoon
Photograph — a Cipriani dining room The restaurant downstairs belongs to the building: a Cipriani dining room for residents and the guests they bring, from the family whose bar gave the world the Bellini and the carpaccio.
Private dining rooms can be reserved and are catered by the same kitchen. When the evening is better spent upstairs, in-residence dining brings the table to you, at any hour of the day or night.
By the pool, lunch and drinks are served at the chaise. On the 37th floor, the Speakeasy inspired by Harry’s Bar pours for the residents of the house, with Biscayne Bay beyond the glass.
A Life of Effortless Elegance
Evenings that begin at home
Between the table and the terrace, the building keeps the rest of the day: a wellness center on four levels, a holistic spa, and a floor of rooms made for company.
Mornings belong to the sun terrace and its two pools, landscaped by ArquitectonicaGEO, with cabanas and an outdoor spa. The wellness center holds studios for cycling and yoga and a lounge above the skyline; the spa adds a sauna, an ice plunge and rooms for treatments.
Later there is the residents’ lounge, the library and the screening room; a golf simulator and a pickleball court; playrooms indoors and out, business lounges for a quiet call, a dog park, and charging for electric cars.
